Last updated: June 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blocksfinity.com, including all pages, blockchain explorer features, wallet-connected tools, account views, token-transfer tools, token-swap or token-migration tools, staking, voting, proxy, RAM, CPU, NET, multisig, contract-action, live-transaction, chain-data, analytics, search, and related services made available through the website.
The website is developed, operated, and run by RORO Technology LLC, doing business as Blocksfinity (“Blocksfinity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, connecting a wallet, viewing blockchain data, searching blockchain accounts or transactions, transferring tokens, staking, voting, using proxy features, renting resources, buying or selling RAM, creating accounts, managing permissions, using multisig features, executing contract actions, using token-swap or token-migration functionality, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. About Blocksfinity
Blocksfinity provides blockchain tools, wallet-connected functionality, account views, blockchain explorer features, transaction search, token tools, resource-management tools, staking tools, voting tools, proxy-management tools, multisig tools, contract-action tools, and related interfaces for the Vaulta blockchain, formerly known as EOS.
Blocksfinity may display or help users interact with public blockchain data, including accounts, balances, token transfers, votes, staking activity, resource usage, permissions, smart contracts, transactions, blocks, and other on-chain information.
Blocksfinity is a non-custodial interface. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Blocksfinity does not custody tokens, control wallets, manage user private keys, or guarantee blockchain outcomes.
2. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
All content and functionality on the website are provided for general informational, technical, blockchain-access, account-management, and user-directed transaction purposes only.
Nothing on the website is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, stake, unstake, transfer, swap, migrate, vote, delegate, proxy, rent, allocate, or otherwise transact with any token, blockchain account, validator, block producer, smart contract, proxy, or digital asset.
You are solely responsible for evaluating all risks before using any blockchain, wallet, token, staking process, voting process, proxy, smart contract, resource-market feature, account-permission feature, multisig transaction, token-swap or token-migration feature, or third-party service.
3. Blockchain Risk Disclosure
Blockchain activity involves significant risk. By using Blocksfinity, you understand and agree that:
  • blockchain transactions may be irreversible;
  • wallet signatures may authorize real account actions;
  • token transfers may be permanent;
  • staking, unstaking, voting, proxy selection, RAM purchases, RAM sales, CPU/NET allocation, account creation, permission changes, multisig approvals, token swaps, token migrations, and contract actions may have financial, technical, or governance consequences;
  • displayed balances, resource usage, token data, voting data, staking data, transaction history, block data, RAM data, CPU data, NET data, and chain metrics may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to indexing errors;
  • wallet compromise, user error, phishing, malicious browser extensions, malware, device compromise, RPC failure, software bugs, smart-contract vulnerabilities, transaction-signing mistakes, or network failures may result in loss;
  • digital assets may lose value or become inaccessible;
  • Blocksfinity cannot reverse, cancel, modify, recover, or guarantee the outcome of blockchain transactions once submitted.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all wallet prompts, account names, recipient accounts, token symbols, token quantities, permissions, authorities, contract names, action names, transaction details, RAM/CPU/NET operations, staking actions, voting actions, proxy settings, swap or migration details, and network information before approving any action.
4. Wallet Connection and Non-Custodial Use
The website may allow you to connect a Vaulta-compatible wallet, including wallets such as Anchor or other supported wallet providers.
Wallet connection is provided only to enable user-directed actions such as viewing account data, transferring tokens, staking, voting, managing resources, managing permissions, creating accounts, approving multisig transactions, executing contract actions, using token-swap or token-migration functionality, or interacting with the Vaulta blockchain.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
  • Blocksfinity does not custody your tokens;
  • Blocksfinity does not control your wallet;
  • Blocksfinity does not hold or manage your assets;
  • Blocksfinity does not request, collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or signing credentials;
  • Blocksfinity cannot recover lost wallets, lost keys, lost seed phrases, stolen assets, mistaken transfers, incorrectly configured permissions, or incorrectly authorized signatures;
  • all wallet approvals and transaction signatures are initiated and authorized by you through your wallet provider.
Never share your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, wallet password, or signing credentials with Blocksfinity or anyone claiming to represent Blocksfinity.
Connecting a wallet does not create a custody, agency, fiduciary, brokerage, exchange, advisory, financial-planning, investment-advisory, or money-transmission relationship between you and Blocksfinity or RORO Technology LLC.
5. User-Directed Transactions
Blocksfinity provides an interface that may prepare blockchain transaction data for your review and wallet signature.
Blocksfinity does not sign transactions for you. Blocksfinity does not approve transactions for you. Blocksfinity does not independently move your tokens. Any transaction submitted through the website must be authorized by you through your connected wallet.
You are responsible for reading and understanding all wallet prompts before signing. If you do not understand or agree with a transaction, do not sign it.
6. EOS Support Voting, Proxy, and Conflict Disclosure
Blocksfinity may include voting tools, proxy tools, or transaction flows that allow users to vote for, proxy votes to, or otherwise support EOS Support, an EOS/Vaulta ecosystem initiative associated with RORO Technology LLC.
Some wallet-connected actions or voting features may include, suggest, preconfigure, or prepare voting actions involving the EOS Support proxy, EOS Support block producer, or related RORO Technology LLC-supported voting accounts.
You acknowledge and agree that:
  • RORO Technology LLC may benefit if users vote for EOS Support, vote for an EOS Support proxy, vote for a RORO Technology LLC-supported block producer, or otherwise support voting accounts associated with RORO Technology LLC;
  • those benefits may include increased votes, improved block producer position, increased visibility, reputation, network influence, and potential block producer, validator, ecosystem, or network rewards;
  • any such voting functionality is promotional, operational, technical, or ecosystem-support functionality and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any result;
  • you remain solely responsible for deciding whether to vote for EOS Support, vote for any block producer, vote for any proxy, or approve any transaction that includes a voting action;
  • you should review all transaction details shown by your wallet before approving any vote, proxy, staking, transfer, or other blockchain action.
Blocksfinity does not guarantee that voting for EOS Support, any EOS Support proxy, or any RORO Technology LLC-supported block producer will produce any reward, benefit, governance outcome, network outcome, or financial result for you.
If you do not want to vote for EOS Support, the EOS Support proxy, or any RORO Technology LLC-supported block producer, you should not approve any transaction containing such voting action.
7. Public Blockchain Data
Vaulta and other blockchain networks may be public or semi-public systems. When you interact with a blockchain, information such as account names, public keys, permissions, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, token balances, token transfers, vote activity, staking activity, proxy activity, resource usage, RAM usage, CPU usage, NET usage, smart-contract interactions, timestamps, block data, and related metadata may be publicly visible and permanently recorded on-chain.
Blocksfinity does not control public blockchain records and generally cannot delete, edit, hide, anonymize, or reverse blockchain data.
8. Blockchain Explorer and Data Accuracy
Blocksfinity may display account information, transaction data, blocks, live transactions, token balances, staking information, votes, proxies, RAM usage, CPU usage, NET usage, permissions, contract actions, multisig proposals, chain data, and other blockchain-related information.
This information is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, misindexed, or subject to technical error.
You should not rely solely on Blocksfinity when making financial, operational, staking, voting, governance, security, permission, or smart-contract decisions. You should independently verify important information through your wallet, official network resources, block explorers, node providers, smart-contract source code, or other trusted sources.
9. Token Transfers and Account Actions
Blocksfinity may provide interfaces for transferring tokens, batch transferring tokens, transferring NFTs, batch transferring NFTs, creating accounts, allocating CPU/NET, renting CPU/NET, buying or selling RAM, swapping or migrating supported assets, managing account permissions, voting, staking, proxy management, multisig actions, and contract actions.
You acknowledge and agree that:
  • you are solely responsible for all transaction details;
  • you must verify the recipient, amount, token symbol, memo, contract, action, permission, authority, and network before signing;
  • incorrect transactions may be irreversible;
  • third-party token contracts may contain bugs, restrictions, freezes, transfer taxes, blacklists, permission requirements, or other unexpected behavior;
  • batch transactions may multiply mistakes across many recipients;
  • contract actions may have consequences that are not obvious from the interface;
  • permission changes may lock you out of your account or expose your account to unauthorized use;
  • Blocksfinity is not liable for any loss caused by user-directed blockchain actions.
10. Protocol-Level Token Swap or Token Migration
Blocksfinity may provide an interface for protocol-level token swap, token conversion, or token migration functionality, including 1:1 token swap or migration functionality where applicable.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Blocksfinity does not charge a fee, spread, commission, markup, or routing fee for protocol-level 1:1 token swap or migration functionality.
You acknowledge and agree that:
  • token swap or migration functionality may rely on blockchain protocols, smart contracts, network rules, wallet providers, third-party infrastructure, or official ecosystem migration mechanisms;
  • Blocksfinity does not custody tokens during the swap or migration process;
  • Blocksfinity does not guarantee token value, liquidity, tax treatment, legal treatment, timing, availability, network support, wallet support, or successful completion;
  • swap or migration transactions may be irreversible once signed and submitted;
  • you are solely responsible for reviewing token symbols, token contracts, quantities, account names, transaction details, and wallet prompts before signing;
  • Blocksfinity is not acting as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or financial intermediary.
If Blocksfinity ever charges, receives, or shares in any fee, spread, commission, referral payment, routing fee, or other compensation related to swap or migration functionality, Blocksfinity will disclose such compensation where legally required.
11. Staking, Voting, Proxy, and Governance Tools
Blocksfinity may provide tools or interfaces for staking, unstaking, voting, proxy management, governance participation, producer selection, validator selection, or related actions.
These tools are informational and user-directed. Blocksfinity does not guarantee rewards, voting outcomes, network rankings, governance outcomes, staking returns, unstaking timelines, producer performance, validator behavior, proxy behavior, or continued availability of any governance process.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to stake, unstake, vote, delegate, proxy, or participate in governance.
12. RAM, CPU, NET, and Resource Tools
Blocksfinity may display or provide tools related to RAM, CPU, NET, account resources, resource rentals, resource allocation, and resource markets.
Resource markets and network-resource rules may change. Prices, availability, usage, limits, costs, and network behavior may be volatile or unpredictable. Blocksfinity does not guarantee that resource purchases, rentals, sales, allocations, or staking actions will produce any expected result.
13. Multisig, Permissions, and Contract-Action Tools
Blocksfinity may provide tools for viewing, creating, approving, rejecting, canceling, or executing multisig proposals, managing account permissions, and interacting with smart contracts through contract actions.
These are advanced features. Incorrect use may permanently transfer assets, alter account control, approve malicious actions, expose an account to unauthorized access, or make an account inaccessible.
Blocksfinity does not audit, endorse, verify, or guarantee smart contracts, multisig proposals, account permissions, transaction payloads, or contract-action outcomes.
You are solely responsible for understanding each action before signing.
14. Third-Party Wallets, Networks, APIs, and Services
The website may rely on, link to, integrate with, or display information from third-party services, including wallet providers, wallet-connect tools, blockchain nodes, RPC providers, APIs, block explorers, token contracts, NFT contracts, analytics providers, hosting providers, content delivery networks, security tools, email providers, and ecosystem websites.
Blocksfinity does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, legality, privacy practices, transaction handling, fees, smart contracts, node performance, software, or network behavior.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and risk disclosures.

You agree that you will:
  • use the website only for lawful purposes;
  • comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • maintain the security of your wallet, device, browser, credentials, and accounts;
