Alerts
Watch any Vaulta account for free. Sign once to start. We never ask for keys. Alerts land in the inbox, with optional Email, Telegram, Slack, or WhatsApp.
The Alert inbox under Alerts with Email is the source of truth. Every watch event is stored in-app first. Email, Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp are optional mirrors. Delivery usually lands within about a minute of the cron tick after confirmed history, not a forged “instant” client ping.
Yes. Turn on in-app alerts (or email / Telegram / Slack / WhatsApp) for each account separately. Every account gets its own feed. Watching a cold-storage account and a daily-use account side by side works fine. Alerts are keyed to the account.
Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, and the in-app inbox under Alerts with Email. Under "Alerts with Telegram" tap "here" to open our bot (@blocksfinity_alert_bot), or use Slack & WhatsApp alerts below it. Channels are independent mirrors. Enable any mix, or rely on the inbox alone once you turn on in-app alerts (Save alert types or the inbox button).
Never your private key or seed. Enabling alerts asks for a short wallet signature that proves you control the account. It is not broadcast and cannot move funds. Alerts themselves are read-only watches of public on-chain activity.
Yes. Account alerts are free and community-supported. If you'd like to help keep them running you can chip in from the Donate page, but nothing here is locked behind a paywall.
You choose the types on the Alerts page: transfers, staking and resources, REX (your REX actions plus pool APY band crosses at 2% / 5% / 8%), name bids (including outbids), key and permission changes, multisig (propose / approve / exec), airdrops, and other actions signed by your account. Leave all types on for the classic “anything you authorize” feed. Support replies land in the same inbox under Support.
Send yourself (or ask a friend to send) a tiny transfer. Expect the alert within a minute or two after confirmation. Check the inbox under Alerts with Email first; Email, Telegram, Slack, and WhatsApp follow if those channels are on.
Open this page while logged in with that account and the Email card shows "Remove Alerts". That clears email only; in-app watching and other chat channels stay on. Re-enable email any time by entering your address again. If email bounced or was marked spam, we pause email only.
Message our bot (@blocksfinity_alert_bot) and use its unsubscribe command to unlink an account. Removing Telegram leaves Email, Slack, WhatsApp, and the inbox untouched. Channels are managed separately.
Open this page while signed in with that account and use Unlink Slack. That clears Slack only. Email, Telegram, WhatsApp, and the inbox stay on. A workspace admin can also remove the Blocksfinity Alerts app from Slack.
Slack only lets workspace owners install apps that are not listed in the Slack Marketplace. Ask a workspace owner to click Add to Slack. After they install it, anyone in that workspace can DM the app with a link code from Alerts. Blocksfinity cannot add the app to your workspace for you.
Yes. Turn on in-app watching per account, then choose whether events also reach Email, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or any mix. The inbox records watched events once enrolled. A hard bounce or spam complaint pauses email for that address without touching other channels or the inbox. And never resets account access.
An alert is a heads-up, not a safeguard. It tells you something happened, it can't stop it. If you ever get an alert you didn't expect, treat your keys as compromised and rotate them immediately from Wallet → Keys & Permissions. Support cannot restore lost keys; use /recover.
We'd love to hear it. Open a support thread on this page (Support filter), or use the contact links in the footer. Telling us which events you most want alerted directly shapes what we build next.
